Coco Republic New Zealand Launch

The Challenge

The business had a strategic plan to expand its footprint and this included the launch into the NZ market. The challenge was to ensure that a well-known Australian business could successfully launch into a new market and endure the same level of success and customer love seen in Australia.

The Approach

Working with the founders, I led a market scoping project including competitive landscape, location scouting, research, legal and trading advise, cultural insights, and a go to market launch plan for both B2B and B2C.

Hugely successful launch into the NZ market and opening in the newly opened Newmarket Westfield.  Opening month surpassing Q1 targets.
